do you know how long has i been longing for a good long movie?
just recently all the movies I've been watching are less than 90 minutes
so after all those effects, you were left with "it's already over?" feeling
and they all cured with
INSEMINATION!!!

i mean..
INCEPTION!!!



this movie is so cool!!!
be prepared with some high level animation and action that will blow you away
just a little bit jokes and romance
but full of thrills and awesomeness
do you know there's only one kissing all along this movie?!?!?!
that's rare for American movie..
go ellen page!

i just love the spinning non-gravity room effects

and his ultimate paradox!
exceptionally kick ass!
imagine shooting someone down stair and suddenly they're on top of you
with you at the end of the stair
awesome paradox!!!



i had one of those multiple layer dreams
so i was like being chased by peoples (definitely not some subconscious projected army)
and when i open my eyes
i was lying on the floor
with my mother next to me
but i cant speak, move, or anything
just like i goes numb all over
then i tried everything, screaming, moving (and even gathering chakra..)
and bam!
i open my eyes.. again..
with thumping heart and sweating all over
"what's wrong?" my mother ask
...
and then i went out for my cat and spin it
so i can be sure this is my reality
it keeps spinning around..
then out of no where..
morpheus came and offer me red or blue pills

okay..
enough blabbering..
the story only true until my mom's question..

tough I'm not sure just how long the gap between each book
i do know how long he made the book
not more than 2 months

this novel also one of the creative way of publishing
he made it sideways back to back
i once thought it would be two books
(i even thought there will be maryamah karpov 2)

the other day my cousin had her birth day
as a good brother (as she was younger..)
I'm trying to bought her birthday present
she was kinda has extra energy (haha..)
so choosing presents was difficult
something that didn't get destroyed easily (a vampire maybe?)
so i went to a few malls and shops
hoping to find vampires or the like

and so i found one!
a nice (and rich) spot where goodies are sold
so i choose (after considering the durability of my wallet.. ups.. the durability of the present)
a starry night sky projection!!!
and add the bonus of free wrapping by the nice lady
she even give a nice flower on top of the wrapper.. sweet!
the only problem is no other color aside from black.. fine..

and it ended good
we assembled the kit
turn off the room lights
and the room was filled with stars
just like my backyard..

assemble the minions!

its so fluffy I'm gonna die!!!

its the unicorn agnes wanted



it seems so nice to be a little girl eh?
just hold your breath and you get minions disguising in supermarket buying you toys
haha..

i like the story telling part
three little kittens and the unicorn by gru
especially the "i'll kiss all the minions"
mwahaha

i think this movie's nice and hilarious
you only need evil plans and three little devil (girls..) to change a villain into a hero

watch out for piranha launcher!

O Alquimista

this book first published by 1988 (boy that was long time ago)
and continue as one of the best selling book of history, translated to 56 languages, and winning a world Guinness record for it.

people said its a must read
well after reading it, i said its a must read as well
there are so many good advice in it
basically visualization of human life and their achievement
definitely like the alchemist part and the laughable ending
never thought you can make such a twist at the end of such a novel

i wonder where can i get those urim and thummim stones?

Takashi Matsuoka did a really great job on this novel. its his first one, many said it was a very bold move, cause the story was very fast paced, unlike other novelist which started it very slow (or at least slowly). not to mention he started as zen buddhist before becomming a full time writer.

cloud of sparrows told about a clan, okumichi clan, in the time of shogun in japan. about how this clan has ability to see the future, because of the curse put by lady sorcerer. the first sign came by flock of sparrows fly and covering the sky as cloud. some believe that ability, and others dont. creating a plot where the current heir of okumichi clan being trusted to save japan from modernism and facing betrayal from his trusted men who believe he went crazy rather than foreseeing the future.
all this began more interesting as more foreign characters entering the story. a master swordsman slaughtering his family from fear of curse, a missionary women who run away from america, a fugitive cowboy seeking vengeance in japan, a geisha that fell in love with the one she should kill, and the sneaky eyes which would do anything for one man's death.
this piece of work is amazing. fast paced, but very rich and entertaining. cant stop reading!



autumn bridge is the sequel of the first book. continuing the curse (ha ha). this novel time line is chaos.. trust me. mostly story about the past, in which how evrything happen in the first novel began. reminds me of star wars, they started at episode 4 then end it with episode 3. the story goes back and forth in time, even i had to keep check in which time i was reading.
the story also including many places, from japan itself, america, to mongols, just like tower of babel movie? truly amazing how such curses from nurjhen (na-lu-chi-ya) end up saving a country. or should i say making it more like other?
this novel truly awesome. two thumbs up!

amazing how make up can do these days, huh?

those games came way back from 1989
(i never manage to finish that game)
and after a new series of 3d games
they decide to make the good part of it
the movie!
the movie was based on the games with the same title
again, i doesnt have the chance to play it
but, they say it was awesome
and the movie got elements of it
the scene where prince dastan on top of the city to jump below..
its breath taking..

but!
there a lot of lacking on this movie
namely too much drama
the effect of the dagger are only a few
but the running on top of the city roof was cool

i think it would be better if they make it like national treasure or the mummy
and there's another thing..
the plot that i didnt like when you involve a 'time machine' element
nobody die except the bad guys..

id give 7,5 for this..

i stand and look at kaede with dropped jaw like an idiot. i think, IF I DIDN'T HUG HER RIGHT NOW, ID BE DEAD
kenji gave me a towel while pushing me so hard "takeo.."
"what?" i answered like a dumb
"don't make things harder!"
shizuka shouted to kaede, as if danger close ahead "lady kaede"
"what?" ask kaede, her eyes still locked on me
"i think our practice today is enough" said shizuka "lets go to your room"
suddenly, kaede smiled at me, saying "lord takeo"
"lady shirakawa" i nodded at her, trying to be formal, yet unable to hold myself to smile
"this will ruin everything" kenji muttered
"don't worry, its natural in their age" shizuka answered "they'll work it out"

that's my favorite line from the first book
i literally laugh my A** of rolling on the floor
the first part was not nicely done
and i read it slow

after i came through that line
i read all the way until the third book

i realized this when i finished 3 books in less than a week
upgrade in reading ability or just plain bored?
well, its a good thing..

i still fall behind on my 44 / 4 pages a day
but i already read a lot during this couple months

i check wiki as always and found that it was originally children's novel by Cressida Cowell
and she already write a lot of it
I'll give credit to DreamWorks Animation for making this awesome movie
they did quite a drastic changes

here's a few tips on how to train your dragon
1. prepare a net catapult to catch them (given if you live in dragon inhabited island)
2. tend to them if they sick or hungry (if you got eaten by the dragon, do not continue reading)
3. teach them how to smile (the dragon way)
4. ride your dragon once you get along with them (make sure you fasten your seat belt)
5. load gears in your dragon so you can adjust speed when you need (don't forget to oil your dragon and wash it every month.. err.. was it a dragon or a car?)

Blueberry Sour Cream Waffles
original recipe from Art Smith via 101 Cookbooks.
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter melted
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
Maple syrup or jam, for serving
