Blueberry Sour Cream Waffles
original recipe from Art Smith via 101 Cookbooks.
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter melted
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
Maple syrup or jam, for serving
* I added in 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries.

only need a waffle mold
or maybe we can make 'not waffle shaped' waffle
like my mom always do

reminds me of a comic strip
where they make a simple waffles
that end up so hard
that it could withstand bullet!
the ending was an agreement with defense department for light bullet proof vest
maybe i really can make money from this?
