its a feature that allow us to take notice changes that happens in blogs or any web sites that we link
sort of like mailing list..
except its not from email but blogs and websites

for notes, this feature is already old enough
its not new.. im just add this post because i also just recently know it

notice this link --> example.com/feeds/posts/default
on this blog its on the right side of the page
and allow you to subscribe post from my web to your news aggregator
so you dont have to open the site all the time

example to news aggregator is google reader
if you have gmail, i guess you automatically have it
just subscribe the blog you like (of course the blog must have feed feature)
those things with rss, feed, xml sort of links
